About South Des Moines Chiropractic Center
Some chiropractors see you for a few minutes, hand you a sheet of exercises, and send you on your way. That has
never been how we operate. Since 1994, South Des Moines Chiropractic Center has been built on one idea: know your
patients, understand their whole story, and give them care that actually changes their life. We have been on the
Southside of Des Moines through every season — and we plan to stay.
Meet Dr. Sara Neil, DC
Chiropractor
Dr. Sara Neil graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 1994 — and she has been in practice on the
Southside of Des Moines ever since. Before chiropractic school, she studied at Wartburg College in Iowa. What sets Dr.
Sara apart is the range of what she can do for you. She is not just a chiropractor. She is also a Certified Acupuncturist
and a Certified Functional Medicine Physician — which means she can work on your spine, your stress, your hormones,and your gut health all in one practice. Very few providers in the Des Moines metro offer that combination under one
roof. Outside the office, Dr. Sara is married with two boys. She loves to run, kayak, and hike — and any chance she gets,
she is visiting a national park or cheering on a team at a sporting event.
Kim Greenwood
Office Manager
Kim Greenwood is the warm voice you will hear on the phone and the smiling face that greets you at the front desk. She
genuinely cares about every patient who walks through our door. Kim can answer your insurance questions, get you
scheduled, and make you feel welcome before you even meet Dr. Sara. She is married with two adult children.
